General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions carried out through the Excellinity online store. By placing an order on our website, you unconditionally accept these terms.
2. Orders Any order placed on our website constitutes acceptance of our prices and product descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an obvious error in pricing or product availability, or if fraud is suspected.
3. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law. We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Amex, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), PayPal, and direct payment. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
4. Shipping We ship within Israel. Shipping costs are covered in full by Excellinity. For delivery timelines and conditions, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
5. Right of Cancellation Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to cancel the transaction, with no explanation required. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of up to 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower. For full details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
6. Intellectual Property All content on the Excellinity website (text, images, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Excellinity or its partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability Excellinity shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of its products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. We make no guarantee that results obtained with our products will be identical to those described on our website, as results may vary from person to person.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Israeli law. In the event of a dispute, Israeli courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer rights afforded under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
9. Amendments Excellinity reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time your order is placed shall apply.
