Refund policy
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to cancel the transaction and request a return.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original, unopened and undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, worn clothing, underwear, and opened cosmetic products (creams, oils, serums) are non-returnable under any circumstances, in accordance with the exceptions permitted under the Consumer Protection Law.
Refunds If a transaction is cancelled within the 14-day period stipulated by law, you will be refunded the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of up to 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower, as required by law. In the case of a defective product or incomplete shipment, you will receive a full refund at no cost. Results may vary from person to person. Please use products in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a defective product or an error on our part.
Return Procedure Before sending an item back, you must obtain authorization from our customer service department. Returns that have not been pre-approved will not be accepted.
To open a return request: support@excellinity.com Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send your package to the address shown on the packaging — this is not a valid return address.

- Underwear
